One thing that I love is to tell stories, those ones with starships, strange creatures, fantastic worlds, beasts, magic and a lot of action.
I know I’m not a good artist with comics. I’m a writer, that’s true, a good writer as a master called Andre Carneiro (RIP, miss him a lot) told on his workshops. Good writer but better with screenplays. But books aren’t enough for what I want to show. I’m not a “word” person, I’m visual, I love drawings, I love actions scenes and explosions and music and that dynamic and colorful show that movies and games bring to us. I want to tell the stories I’ve created in this way.
So, I decided to stop making comics and books, and use those stories in games (tactical rpg with strong storytelling). Light and Darkness (sci-fi) and In The Fields of Time (fantasy/sci-fi), my two novels, will now be adapted to the game format. When the games will be released I don’t know, because I will start creating them alone.
I think it will be a work that I’ll love to do. I was a computer programmer for a long time, and writing computer code for me is more pleasant than writing book sentences.
In fact I wanted to continue the publishing of my comics online while I work in the games. But 18 hours a day isn’t enough to everything you need to do to create a game, so I’ll stop the comics. I’ll use my Medium account as a diary of the development of my games. If you want to see someone making a lot of mistakes and trying to fix them, follow me
